The entire pre-payment will be regarded as non-refundable and non-transferable if you make a reservation at a non-refundable rate. Bookings can only be changed or cancelled if they were made at a rate that is refundable. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please get in touch with the reservations department.

In the event that a modification is approved, we will inform you and send you a confirmation email with the updated booking information.
Please take into account the rate flexibility and cancellation provisions as per the information provided below. For reservations booked at a non-refundable rate or for reservations that are not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, there will never be a refund given. Before making a reservation, customers using third-party and online travel agencies must discuss the terms and conditions with the service provider.

Cancellation by you 19 – 14 days before arrival – 50% refund.
Cancellation by you 13 days before arrival – No refund.
